These professional anr made in Japan by Yoshiaki, a combination of machine shaped and then assembled and refined by hand. Very high quality, heavy weight carbon steel with polished blades and a finely ground cutting edge. A metal clip secures the handles when not in use. 8" overal, 2.25" blades and an adjustable nut on the pivot to maintain blade control.
